Court Hearings

According to her current Standing Order, Judge Gamrath will conduct business remotely as much as possible given the risks posed by COVID-19. All court calls, with limited exceptions, shall be conducted digitally via Zoom at the below meeting ID. Participants must be muted unless instructed otherwise by Judge Gamrath.  While the courtroom has technically moved online, the Court still prioritizes transparent and open proceedings.  Accordingly, members of the public may observe the proceedings by using these Zoom credentials.  Participants who are not attorneys of record should keep their own video turned off and audio muted.

In accordance with the Court’s standing rules, anyone observing or participating in Court Hearings is PROHIBITED from any kind of audio or video recording or photography of Court proceedings by any method or means.  The Court has indicated that anyone violating this rule shall be subject to contempt of court.

Additionally, particularly due to the shortage of judicial resources because of COVID-19, the Court has asked that members of the public not contact Chambers seeking copies of orders, pleadings, filings, or other court records. Any document that is not available on this website can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Please feel free to contact counsel for the Plaintiffs if you have questions.
