In accordance with the Court’s standing rules, anyone observing or participating in Court Hearings is PROHIBITED from any kind of audio or video recording or photography of Court proceedings by any method or means. The Court has indicated that anyone violating this rule shall be subject to contempt of court.
Additionally, particularly due to the shortage of judicial resources because of COVID-19, the Court has asked that members of the public not contact Chambers seeking copies of orders, pleadings, filings, or other court records. Any document that is not available on this website can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Please feel free to contact counsel for the Plaintiffs if you have questions.
